Good company to deal with Fair pricing 33 windows that were 44 years old were replaced Bruno and his installation crew were great. Did not do a rush job. Great clean up afterwards Unfortunately 4 windows were delivered with some manufacturing defects Bruno reported reported these defects immediately to Davis who then reported to manufacture and replacements are coming. Unless there is some ongoing problems with the replacements windows I strongly recommend this company Follow up-it took a couple of weeks for the manufacturer to produce the replacement windows. this was expected and not a problem. As soon at Davis got the replacement windows in they called me and sent out an installer to replace the parts. In my opinion this was great customer service. we are also having issues with our 30 year old main entry door and will be calling Davis first about a replacment.

Davis Window and Door recently replaced all of the windows (11) in our 1970's era home and the experience was exceptional and we definitely would recommend them. The initial consultation was quite informative and we never felt pushed into any particular product. They beat out 7, yes 7, estimates not because they were necessarily the cheapest (middle of the pack based solely on price), but because they offered the best value given the our climate and particular aesthetic. The lead time was as predicted. The install was promptly scheduled once the windows were on hand. Ezzy and his crew removed the original aluminum clad windows with a purpose. The debris was well contained and cleared as they moved from window to window. It was impressive to watch them work in unison without wasted time or energy. They did it all with very little disruption to our daily lives which included working from home on the second day. There was some miscommunication about capping (something we wanted to avoid) the windows on the non brick portions of our home. Ezzy listened to the concerns showed us alternatives and Robert showed up on for a consultation before we agreed on a solution that maintains the integrity of both the product and our home.
